The technical strength and technical level of installation and maintenance, improving door running quality and removing door running noise are important tasks in installation and maintenance work. Here is a description of the causes and solutions of the elevator door running noise.
1. When the hall door is running, the jitter or even the door difference is a few millimeters.
1 The upper sill rail is covered with a block of sputum formed by dust;
2 There are foreign objects in the ground tank.
Grind the door rails with fine sandpaper to remove dirt and scrub with a kerosene cloth to make the door rails clean and smooth. Remove foreign objects from the sill.
2. The sound of "When" is issued when the hall door is opened.
1 Hall door hook lock is not horizontal;
2 The gap between the hook lock and the lock box is too small;
3 The gap between the car door opener and the hook lock wheel is too large;
4 The door opener starts to open too fast.
Adjust the level of the hook lock and the hook lock spring, adjust the gap between the hook lock and the lock box, adjust the gap between the door opener and the hook lock wheel to 4~6mm, reduce the start door opening speed, and make the door opener hook lock Speed up after fully opening.
3. When the hall door is about to close, it will sound a "when" crash.
1 The gap between the door opener and the hook lock wheel is too large, and the door of the hall is disengaged from the door knife too early;
2 The door opening speed is too fast.
Adjust the gap between the door opener and the hook lock wheel, and adjust the distance between the hook lock wheels so that the door opener can completely contain the hook lock wheel. Adjust the closing speed or torque at the end of the door.
4, when the door is closed, the sound of "吱儿" is generated.
In general, the auxiliary doors of the halls are plug-in type, and the noise of the "deaf" is generated when the contacts are in contact.
Adjust the contacts to avoid friction between the contacts and their plastic boxes. Apply a small amount of Vaseline.
5. When the hall door is open, it will make a harsh rubbing sound.
The side column of the sill on the support hall is deflected and rubbed against the fire side of the hall door.
Adjust the side posts of the hall door to align with the edges of the sill and secure the bolts.
6. When you open the door, there is a sound of "嚓, 嚓"
1 Hall door mopping the ground ridge or the door fire edge and the door cover have friction;
2 hall door anti-collision strip rubbing the ridge;
The 3-door wire rope has a dead bend, and the wire rope generates a bounce friction door lock box when the door is running.
Adjust the gap between the hall door and the sill, fasten the connecting bolts of the door cover and the upper sill, lift the anti-collision strip of the hall door and fix it, and adjust or replace the wire rope of the hall door so that it no longer jumps when it runs.
7. When the door is opened or closed, the sound of “squeaking, squeaking” is heard, accompanied by the beating or swinging of the hall door.

Replace damaged door wheels, re-rive or weld the door axle.
8. “weng, weng” or “dada” sounds when the door is opened or closed.

Adjust the clearance between the eccentric and the upper ridge to 0.2 to 0.5 mm, apply a little Vaseline to the door cam, and replace the door motor.
9. There is a collision when opening or closing the door.
1 Upper sill installation deflection;
2 The door guards of the hall door are skewed or the distance is too small;
3 The door or side column is not covered with anti-collision rubber.
Adjust the upper ridge and the ground should be cut in the same line, the adjustment hall door is regarded as the verticality and distance of the boundary guard, and the hall door and the side pillar are affixed with anti-collision rubber blocks.
10, the switch door sends out "sand, sand" sound
1 The forced weight of the door is rubbed against the guide sleeve;

Minimize the length of the guide sleeve, seal the weight with a thermoplastic tube to reduce friction, shorten the length of the wire rope, or wrap it with tape.
